The road to the 2012 Miss Pole Champ USA™ took a huge step forward as three more names were added to the line-up for the National Finals to be held at The Pink Pony in Tampa, FL on Saturday, March 10th. Fawn Marie, a finalist from last year’s competition, won the Southwest Regional held at Ten’s Showclub in Tucson, AZ. Jedda Antonio took the West Regional at Babes Cabaret in Las Vegas, NV. And Lily Mai took home the Northwest Regional crown at Club SinRock in Renton, WA.
Up next, are the two remaining regional contests. On Friday, February 17th, the East Regional will be held at Christine’s Cabaret in Philadelphia, PA and finally, The Trophy Club in Florence, SC is the site of the Southeast Regional to be held on Thursday, February 23rd.
"Last week was such a whirlwind of pole dancing with returning winner Fawn Marie, newcomer Jedda Antonio, and last year's Northwest runner up Lily Mai returning to capture the crown!” exclaims event coordinator Nakita Kash. “We have seen some amazing talent including Cirque Du Soleil performers and some surprise 'diamonds in the rough' that were completely unexpected.”

Tera Dega & Cole Heat up the Competition with two wins in the Northeast & Midwest Regional, Miss Pole Champ USA
The 2012 Miss Pole Champ USA™ competition started out with a bang as they crowned its first two regional winners. Tera Dega won the Northeast Regional held at Xpertease in New York, while Cole took the Midwest Regional at PT’s Showclub in Indianapolis, IN. Both Tera and Cole move on to the National Finals to be held at The Pink Pony in Tampa, FL on Saturday, March 10th.
“I’m so happy to have the return of Northeast winner Tera Dega! She’s always so much fun to watch!” said event coordinator Nakita Kash. “I am also very impressed with the Midwest winner Cole. She beat some really tough competition, so she will be an amazing competitor at nationals!”
“I can’t wait to see how this week unfolds as we have some previous regional winners coming to defend their titles! It will be a great show!”
Up next, are the North and South Regionals. On Wednesday, January 25th, The Oval Office in Green Bay, WI will host the North Regional and The Emperors Club in West Palm Beach, FL is the site of the South Regional to be held on Saturday, January 28th.
Other regional competitions include: Southwest Regional at Tens Showclub in Tucson, AZ on February 7; West Regional at Babes Cabaret in Las Vegas, NV on February 9; Northwest Regional at Club SinRock in Renton, WA on February 12; East Regional at Christines Cabaret in Philadelphia, PA on February 17; and Southeast Regional at the Trophy Club in Greenville, SC on February 23.

VERTICAL POLE SHOWDOWN
Vertical Pole Showdown (VPS) is a two-division pole competition open to any female pole artist regardless of their experience level. In an effort to attract talented competitors at multiple levels of experience, Skindustry Productions has introduced a two-division pole competition which will ensure each competitor will be assessed against a pool of talented pole artists with similar experience levels.
The Expert Division is for those artists who are new to pole fitness, pole dance or pole competitions. This division is perfect for pole instructors, students or enthusiasts to showcase their talents, and will prepare the artist for progression to the Elite Division, and beyond. This division will compete for titles, gift packages provided by our sponsors and advancement to the Elite Division.
The Elite Division is for those artists who have advanced pole experience, previous pole competition experience, and/or pole competition titles. This division is intended for advanced pole artists and aerialists, and will showcase the dedication, perseverance and passion required to reach the elite level of this sport. This division will compete for cash, titles, gift packages provided by our sponsors, and a seat in the 2012 Vertical Pole Showdown U.S. Open.
The first VPS will be held at Show Palace Gentlemen's Club in Darien, WI on Sunday February 19, 2012.

The road to crowning the 2012 Miss Pole Champ USA™ continued as they crowned two more regional winners. Gara Bare, a finalist from last year’s competition, won the North Regional held at the Oval Office Gentlemens Club in Green Bay, WI, while Katy took the South Regional at Emperors Gentlemens Club & Steak House in West Palm Beach, FL. Both Gara and Katy move on to the Nationals to be held at The Pink Pony in Tampa, FL on Saturday, March 10th.
"I have been honored to have Gara Bare to return to the competition as she won 2nd place at nationals last year and is hungry for that national title! And the South competition was extremely fierce as ALL of the competitors were national worthy. Our winner Katie truly wowed the audience and I cannot wait to see what she pulls out at nationals! I have competitors flying in to the next competitions at Tens and Babes, so these events will prove to be spectacular too! I am so very excited for these ladies!"

PRIYA RAI Set To Rock The Spearmint Rhino In Industry This Weekend
